Children are a most vulnerable part of society, because of their immaturity, so they highly required guidance which restrains them to commit any kind of offense (Siegel & Welsh, 2016). In the United States, there are various types of programs, which prevent juveniles from any kind of delinquencies, rather exclude them from the society, for which police, prosecutor, parole, or probation officers worked together.
